One on One Mentors specializes in helping college students maximize their time at school. In a very personalized way, we guide students through every step of college (that they need), from selecting classes to picking a major, from internships to full time jobs post college. History Established in 2015. One on One Mentors was borne out of an observation that tremendous amounts of time and money are being spent on getting kids into college (sometimes up to $1m, for kids from private schools), with no money then being spent on protecting that investment. Especially in an era of incredible competition for post-college jobs, this philosophy of “let them figure it out” with no one helping them understand what they want to do and how they should do that is incredibly inefficient, at best, and disastrous at worst.
