Fred L is a seasoned professional in technology and education management. After receiving his master of science degree, Fred worked for several semiconductor companies including Texas Instruments and International SEMATECH. Although he enjoyed his profession, he discovered his true calling through volunteering in his church. He found that helping young people prepare for a better tomorrow was more gratifying than his engineering profession. So, in 2005, he made a career transition to the education field. Since then, Fred has served as a director of a learning center, a principal consultant for an education management company and a co-founder of Alpha Home Tutors. Fred has worked as an engineer, a manager, a consultant, a tutor, a teacher, a mentor, a coach, and a college & career counselor. Fred's solid education background and his diverse work experience allows him to relate to people of all ages and enables him to offer the perspective required for long term success.
