Birth work in general has been a progressive journey that's led me to this place. I never imagined I'd be so obsessed with birth. It started with a doula training where I felt like a fish out of water but I knew that I needed to help women the way my doula helped me. After attending 60+ births as a birth doula, I am certain that this method is what I will be using if ever I get the chance to give birth again. Although I had a natural birth with my second, I was completely ignorant to the tools this method provides. It was a pure blessing that I would find myself noticing this pattern between my clients who'd taken the class and those who hadn't. I was originally turned off by the name, (as I am conservative to some degree), yet I knew I had to learn more. I quickly learned why this method was the best from watching it done!
