I offer supportive, kind, effective math tutoring in my quiet Sebastopol office, by appointment. Some students call me a “math whisperer” because I provide gentle instruction that helps even the most frustrated and challenged students become successful. I have a Bachelor’s Degree and a CA teaching credential in math, along with 20+ years math tutoring / teaching experience. I work with elementary school through college students. I am successful with students with special needs and disabilities, students who “just don’t get it”, students with math anxiety, students who dislike math, college-prep students, college students, independent study and homeschooled students.
