Each individual child has a specific learning style preference and it is our job to recognize it and therefore customize our teaching methods to ensure that your child is able to fully benefit from our tutoring.Illuminare Learning Center offers a wide array of services ranging from K-12 Tutoring, State Testing Preparation, and small group SAT, ACT, and AP Preparation. Our center also specializes in Singapore Math-based tutoring, which allows students to visually grasp all mathematical concepts taught to them. Our tutors are best in class and are largely compensated based on their students’ evaluations. This system allows us to retain top performing tutors on our team. History Established in 1995. For over 20 years, Illuminare has helped and challenged hundreds of students ranging from Kindergarten through twelfth grade in all subject areas in addition to State Testing, SAT, ACT, and AP preparation. Our success has been entirely based on our understanding of each individual student’s learning needs and word of mouth referrals. Illuminare alumni have attended universities such as Harvard, UC Berkeley, University of Pennsylvania, Cornell, and Brown. Since inception, Illuminare has now expanded throughout the Bay Area serving students on the East Bay, in San Francisco, and on the Peninsula. We are a non profit business.
