Accel Learning is an organization dedicated to the enrichment of all students. It offers tutoring for K-12 grades in areas of Math, Science, English and Summer programs in Scratch Computer Programming, Kodu Game Building, Robotics and Android App Development. The objective of each course is to unleash the potential talent of the child, allow the widening of the child’s imagination, address their curiosity, build a sense of pride and confidence and help them accelerate their learning. We attempt to ignite the spark of imagination and open up new vistas of knowledge in the child’s mind. History Established in 2011. We officially launched on Dec 31st 2010, but the seeds of this birth were sowed months ago.Accel Learning descended from a simple 1-on-1 Math tutoring outfit (which we still are to an extent). During some regular math sessions, we kept hearing from our students that they were getting bored at school as they were not being challenged enough. Most of the stuff that was taught in class was already known to them or simply too mundane. This sentiment was more pronounced in the Gifted and Talented (GT) students.It was this sense of thirst for a more challenging knowledge that sparked the idea of starting an institution that is dedicated to offering learning opportunities in areas that may not be covered by school during their normal course of teaching.Thus was the birth of Accel Learning!
