Beyond the Bell in Hope, Ar. is dedicated to improving the lives of our community through education and unity. First, we begin with our youth. We provide tutoring and mentoring services across a range of different subjects. Beyond the Bell even offers instruction for foreign languages, English, and driver’s education. For adults, we provide support and guidance in matters regarding college, finances, and parenting children with behaviors and disabilities. Beyond the Bell is committed to providing support for everything occurring beyond the bell.
Elessia is a current special education teacher at Nashville Elementary School. She began teaching at William J. Clinton Primary School in Hope, AR in 2016. In 2017, she graduated from Henderson State University with a masters in teaching. She obtained her bachelors in American Sign Language, Deaf Studies from California State University, Sacramento in 2014. Elessia has a passion for individuals with disabilities that began to interest her in her earlier years as she grew up in a household where both of her parents are Deaf. Elessia has nine years of experience working with individuals with a range of different disabilities in various environments, such as school, home, and residential mental health facilities. Elessia shows a great amount of patience when working with her students and takes pride in her gift to teach all children regardless of their background.
