Victor graduated from Harvey Mudd College in 2007 with a degree in mathematics and later earned his PhD in Mathematics from the University of Utah. He has twelve years of experience as a researcher, classroom teacher, and private tutor. He has improve the lives and education of many students in Utah.Victor quickly became popular as a tutor when news of his success in improving grades and ACT scores began circulating among parent groups. He had more students than he could handle. For years he was willing accept all students, working 6 to 8 hours seven days a week, while traveling all over the valley. In 2011 he founded High Performance Tutoring with the goal of duplicating his own talents by selectively hiring and training other experienced tutors in the area. As his company grows in popularity throughout the state of Utah, Victor continues to tutor students privately though he spends the majority of his time training tutors and improving the operations of the business.
