Alexander Tutoring

Hello, my name is Sean Alexander and I love my job! I am fortunate enough to make a living combining my two passions of physics and teaching. �I studied physics first at UCSB and then followed with graduate work at SF State. �There I was fortunate enough to teach astronomy to incoming freshman. �I then began my career as a professional educator. �For five years I taught all levels of math and physics to high school students. �One of the high schools I taught for specialized in students with severe learning disabilities. �This was a huge challenge and forced me to grow as a teacher. �I have been involved with learning disabilities ever since. �Ten years ago I decided to combine my passion for teaching and physics by founding Alexander Tutoring. �We now tutor algebra, geometry, pre calculus, calculus and physics at all levels. �Our students learn much more than just math. They develop confidence, study skills, motivation, a love of learning, and a curiosity about the world around them.
